Abdominal Pain

Abdominal pain, especially if it is acute or persistent, should always be evaluated by a physician as there is always the possibility of the existence of a serious condition such as appendicitis, and that requires an examination by an expert diagnostician.

Upper Abdominal Area

3 drops of Clove 

3 drops of Peppermint 

Dilute the essential oils in 1 teaspoon of jojoba or olive oil and gently apply to the affected area in a clockwise manner.

Lower Abdominal Area

3 drops of Eucalyptus

2 drops of Thyme 

Dilute the essential oils in 1 teaspoon of jojoba or olive oil and gently apply to the affected area in a clockwise manner.
