Anxiety and Mood Swings

Soothing Blend

 

12 drops Chamomile essential oil

12 drops Lavender essential oil

6 drops Marjoram essential oil

Combine Chamomile, Lavender and Marjoram essential oils in a dark glass bottle, shake well to blend.

How To Use

 

Add 5 to 8 drops to a mister bottle filled with distilled water, shake and spray in your room!

Bath

Fill the tub with comfortably warm water, combine 1 tsp. of milk with 4 to 6 drops of Soothing Blend in a small non-reactive bowl.  Add the mixture to the tub and agitate the water to disperse the oil.  Soak for 30 minutes, massaging any floating droplets of oil onto your body.

Ultrasonic Diffuser

 

Add 3 to 5 drops to an ultrasonic diffuser and place on a night stand or other area where you spend a significant amount of time.

Massage

Combine 5 drops of Soothing Blend with 1 tablespoon of Coconut, Sweet Almond or Jojoba oil, massage the mixture onto your abdomen and lower back.

Roll-On

Add 12 to 15 drops of Soothing Blend to a 10 ml roller ball bottle, shake well to blend.  To use, roll on temples, wrists, behind the knees and collarbones as needed.
