The following information should not be interpreted as advice for the treatment of cancer, nor is it intended to substitute for your physician’s treatment recommendations.  Our intention is to provide supportive suggestions that hopefully may assist in mitigating some of the unpleasant symptoms often associated with accepted traditional cancer treatments.

You should seek out aromatherapists and massage therapists who specialize in cancer care prior to complementing your traditional care with aromatherapy and/or massage therapy.  It is possible that certain types of cancer may not respond well to some essential oils or to massage therapy.

Always inform your physician about alternative treatments you would like to use in conjunction with your traditional medical treatment.

Essential Oils Needed

5 drops of Bergamot or Mandarin

15 drops of Cedar Wood

10 drops of Lavender

15 drops of Turmeric

Combine the essential oils in a dark glass bottle, shake well to blend. Store in a cool dark place to avoid sun exposure.

How To Use

Bath:  Fill the tub with comfortably warm water.    Combine 1 teaspoon of milk with 4 to 6 drops of the essential oil blend in a small non-reactive bowl.  Add the mixture to the tub and agitate the water to disperse the oil.  Soak in the tub for about 20 minutes; massage any floating droplets of oil onto your skin.

Inhalation

Use in an Ultrasonic Diffuser to inhale the vapors. Nice to keep at the bedside.

Massage

Add 3 drops of the blend to every 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil such as jojoba, olive or coconut oil. Massage all over the body.
