Fatigue (Chronic)

 

Chronic Fatigue Blend

 

20 drops of one of these oils: Bergamot, Eucalyptus, or Lavender 

15 drops of Grapefruit

15 drops of one of these oils: Cedar Wood, Sandalwood or Ylang Ylang.

Combine the above listed essential oils in a dark glass bottle, shake well to blend and proceed to the following applications.

Applications

 

Inhalation

Add 3 to 5 drops to and Ultrasonic Diffuser and inhale the vapor.

Dab behind the ears and on the neck so that you inhale the vapor throughout the day.

Massage

Add 3 to 5 drops to 1 tablespoon of a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, sweet almond or olive. Massage over your entire body.

Bath

Fill a tub with comfortably warm water.  In a small non-reactive bowl, combine 1 tsp. of milk and 4 to 6 drops of Chronic Fatigue Blend.  Add the mixture to the bath water and agitate to disperse the oil.  Soak for about 30 minutes, massaging any floating droplets of oil into your skin.
