Fatigue (Mental)

 

Mental Fatigue Blend

 

5 drops of Geranium 

5 drops of Lavender 

3 drops of Peppermint 

3 drops of Rosemary 

Combine the essential oils listed above in a dark glass bottle, shake well to blend. Continue with the following applications.

Applications

 

Spray Bottle

Add 6 drops (plus, minus depending on your liking) of Mental Fatigue Blend to an 8 oz. spray bottle.  Fill the bottle with distilled or filtered water.  Shake well to disperse oil. Spray in the room or linen.

Bath

Fill the tub with comfortably warm water.  In a small non-reactive bowl, combine 1 tsp. of milk and 4 to 6 drops of Mental Fatigue Blend.  Add the mixture to the bath water and agitate to disperse the oil.  Soak for about 30 minutes, massaging any floating droplets of oil into your skin.

Ultrasonic Diffuser

Add 3 to 5 drops of the blend to an Ultrasonic Diffuser, and inhale the vapors.

Massage

Combine 1 tablespoon of carrier oil such as coconut, or sweet almond oil with 4 drops of Mental Fatigue Blend, mix well and massage onto your body.
