How To Use
- Place an Ultrasonic Diffuser on the nightstand next to your bed, fill the diffuser with water and add approximately 3 to 5 drops of Sweet Dreams blend.
- Add 8 to 10 drops of Sweet Dreams to a warm bath, soak for 20 minutes and then go to bed.
- Add 3 drops to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil such as coconut, olive, sweet almond or jojoba and dab behind the ears, massage into the chest and on the back of the neck and shoulders.
- Add several drops to a mister bottle of water, spray on the sheets and bedding.
