Epsom Salts Bath

Epsom salts baths are a pleasant way to soothe painful muscles and joints, calm nerve pain, improve circulation, detoxify toxic chemicals from the body, and aid in restful sleep.  Adding baking soda helps to soothe dry, itchy and irritated skin.

Makes Enough for 4 Baths

1 cup of baking soda

1 cup of Epsom salts

25 drops of Essential Oil(s)

In a small non-reactive bowl, combine the baking soda and Epsom salts.  Add the Essential Oil(s) 5 drops at a time, stirring well to combine thoroughly after each addition.

Fill the tub with comfortably warm water and add ½ cup of bath salts.  Agitate the water to disperse the oils and dissolve the salts.  Soak for 30 minutes, massaging any floating droplets of oil onto your skin.
